This Privacy Policy describes how the LMS (Lead Management System) application ("LMS", "the Application", "we", "us", or "our"), available at relyonmails2.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our services.
LMS is an internal lead and customer-relationship management platform used by Relyon and its authorized dealers, managers, and staff to track sales leads, manage follow-ups, and communicate with customers. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, username, email address, phone number, role, and login credentials provided by your organization administrator.
- Lead and customer data: information about sales leads and prospects entered into the system, such as names, contact details, product interest, lead status, and follow-up notes.
- Usage data: activity logs, timestamps, and actions performed within the Application for audit and security purposes.
- Google Account information (optional): if you choose to connect your Google account (see Section 3), we access limited information from your Google Calendar and basic profile/email information as authorized by you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the LMS application and its features (lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, notifications).
- To create and manage follow-up reminders and tasks.
- To authenticate users and enforce role-based access control.
- To generate internal reports and analytics for sales and management oversight.
- To send transactional notifications (e.g., follow-up reminders, lead assignment alerts).
3. Google Calendar Integration ("Connect Google Calendar")
LMS offers an optional feature that lets you connect your Google account so that follow-up reminders created in LMS are automatically added to your personal Google Calendar. This feature is entirely optional and only activates if you explicitly click "Connect Google Calendar" and complete Google's consent screen.
When you connect your Google account, we request the following scopes:

With respect to data obtained through Google APIs, LMS adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google account data is used only to create, update, and remove calendar events that mirror your LMS follow-up reminders.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except where necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your consent.
- Calendar access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the calendar-sync actions described above.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Notifications page within LMS, or by revoking access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops all future calendar sync; previously created calendar events are not automatically deleted unless you remove them manually or via the Application before disconnecting.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secured servers operated by or on behalf of Relyon. Access to lead and account data is restricted based on each user's assigned role and permissions. We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to help protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information within LMS is shared only internally between authorized roles (e.g., Admin, Sub Admin, Manager, Dealer, Dealer Member, Executive) as required for normal business operations, and with third-party service providers (e.g., Google, for calendar sync, or email/SMS providers, for sending notifications) strictly to the extent needed to provide the requested feature.
6. Data Retention
Account and lead data is retained for as long as your organization's account with LMS remains active, or as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Google Calendar connection tokens are retained only until you disconnect your Google account or your LMS account is deactivated.
7. Your Rights
You may, subject to your organization's policies:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Disconnect your Google account from LMS at any time.
- Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
8. Children's Privacy
LMS is intended for business use by authorized personnel and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
