Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LMS (Lead Management System) application, available at relyonmails2.com ("the Application"), provided by Relyon ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Access to LMS is provided to authorized personnel only — including Admins, Sub Admins, Managers, Dealers, Dealer Members, and Executives — via accounts created or approved by an organization administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Upload or transmit any data that you do not have the right to use or share.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
• Use lead or customer data accessed through the Application for any purpose outside your authorized role and the legitimate business activities of your organization.

3. Google Calendar Integration

LMS provides an optional "Connect Google Calendar" feature that, with your explicit consent, creates calendar events on your Google account corresponding to follow-up reminders generated within LMS. By enabling this feature, you authorize LMS to access and manage calendar events as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Notifications page or via your Google Account permissions. We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its APIs, services, or availability.

4. Data Ownership

All lead, customer, and business data entered into LMS remains the property of the organization that owns the LMS account. We act solely as a service provider/processor of this data on behalf of that organization.

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Application available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application — including individual features such as the Google Calendar integration — at any time, with or without notice.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for any user who violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or whose access is revoked by their organization administrator.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
